Then Google is ready to help you. The new feature was presented by CEO Sundar Pichai in the Google Developers' Conference. This feature does not allow users to spare a lot of time on their smartphones. If you watch videos for more than a predefined time on YouTube, you will receive an alert saying 'Take a Break'. Video will be paused at certain intervals, say 15, 30, 60, 90, and 180 minutes. Users can define this interval for taking breaks. This feature will be available on the latest version of YouTube.

Besides, Google is also introducing a number of control features for the better future of its users. It consists of features like Dashboard, App timer, do not disturb and Wind down.

App Timer lets users to control the over use of apps. In the dashboard one can find out how much amount of time is spent on each app. The existing Do Not Disturb comes with new changes. The wind down feature dims the smartphone's screen depending on the sleep time.
